Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “user,” or “customer”) and Soul Sisters Reiki and Rocks, LLC (“Soul Sisters,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Website Owner & Services Offered

The Services are owned and operated by Soul Sisters Reiki and Rocks, LLC, a limited liability company operating in the United States.

Our Services offer:

  • Booking and management of Reiki sessions, yoga classes, meditation, sound healing, and wellness services

  • Registration for workshops, events, retreats, and certifications

  • Purchase of service packages, memberships, and gift certificates

  • Informational content related to holistic and metaphysical wellness

These Terms govern your relationship with Soul Sisters Reiki and Rocks, LLC.

2. Eligibility & Account Requirements

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

  • Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable laws

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when creating an account or booking services.

3. Wellness & Medical Disclaimer

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when creating an account or booking services.

4. Commercial Terms, Pricing & Purchases

When purchasing or booking through our Services:

  • You agree to review service descriptions before committing to purchase

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated

  • We reserve the right to modify prices, services, or offerings at any time

  • Completion of checkout constitutes a binding agreement to purchase

Memberships, packages, classes, and certifications are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Payments

  • Payments are processed through secure, third-party payment providers

  • We do not store full credit card numbers

  • Taxes and applicable fees may be added at checkout

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases made through your account.

6. Cancellation, No-Show & Refund Policy

  • By booking a service, you agree to the following:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Late cancellations will incur a $25 fee

  • No-shows will be charged the full service amount

  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late must reschedule and are responsible for the full fee

  • Outstanding balances must be paid before future bookings

  • Unless otherwise stated:

  • Services rendered are non-refundable

  • Event, workshop, and retreat refunds are subject to terms disclosed at booking

7. Changes to Services & Offerings

  • We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue services, classes, events, or features

  • Change schedules, instructors, or formats

  • Temporarily or permanently suspend Services without notice

  • We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of Services.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available through the Services—including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, audio, trademarks, and branding—is the exclusive property of Soul Sisters Reiki and Rocks, LLC or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. User-Submitted Content (If Applicable)

If you submit or upload content (such as reviews, comments, or images), you represent that:

  • You own the content or have the legal right to share it

  • The content does not violate any third-party rights

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use such content in connection with our Services.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Engage in misuse, abuse, or unlawful conduct

  • Fail to pay required fees

You may discontinue use of the Services at any time.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soul Sisters Reiki and Rocks, LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Services

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any applicable law

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

  • We make no guarantees regarding outcomes or results from wellness services

  • Use of the Services is at your own risk

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services giving rise to the claim.

13. Promotional Communications

By using our Services, you may receive service-related or promotional communications via email, phone, or text message.

You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by:

  • Following unsubscribe instructions

  • Contacting us directly

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Soul Sisters Reiki and Rocks, LLC operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within that state.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date.

Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
