This session will include 30 minutes under the crystal lights, you will lay on a crystal mat that has Far Infrared technology and is heated to help promote relaxation. Some benefits of the crystal mat include, elimination of tension, increase metabolism, and also helps to promote better sleep. We also offer brain sync alignment music through headphones. This is a wonderful session for meditating or listening to the binaural music we provide.
