Technically we are a yoga studio, but we think of ourselves as a down-to-earth mindfulness center offering a holistic buffet of self-improvement. Our classes, gatherings, and sessions all encourage peace, calm, and relaxation. Join us for yoga classes, Reiki sessions, community building, and more - all bodies welcome!
