In this new offering class we will explore different ways to use our life force energy (prana). We will learn the fundamentals of energy flow and its impact on well being, different ways to harness and direct your personal energy, and mindfulness practices to enhance your energy awareness. We will also learn how to use a pendulum and all the different uses for them. So who should attend? Anyone that is interested in personal growth ad development as well as energy work- no experience is required and all are welcome.
